“Snowman”
We build a snowman during some assemblies, while we sing a song called "Mr. Snowman Where are Your Clothes?" And yes, the snowman has red disco pants and a matching red-sequined hat. After we build the snowman, we move the parts around to make him funnier (this leads into how we, as authors/filmmakers, have to make changes to make things better). I like how the girl drew the snowman with some parts in pencil, so she could erase those parts and "move" them. She moved the arms to the mustache, the hat to the shirt, etc. I really like how you can see all stages of the process that we do in our assemblies. (And yes, we often move the arms to make a mustache during assemblies -- this is one of the funniest things you'll ever see if you are in kindergarten. It gets huge laughs.) -Laura
